↓I’m Gina. 👋🏼 I’ve spent the past decade designing and scaling complex B2B2C product ecosystems, blending strategic vision and systems thinking with empathy to bring clarity and cohesion to multi-surface experiences.
These past few years, I’ve been experimenting, building, and scaling. I founded a SaaS product to help small businesses test and launch quickly, created a vision to lead a multi-team effort in building a cross-platform loyalty ecosystem, and sculpted the design strategy for a scalable builder tool. Before that, I brought life to a dreamy e-comm buying experience at Casper, while scaling their design system during a time of rapid evolution.
My design mantra is simple: speak like a human to other humans, build systems that adapt and grow, and minimise clutter without minimising personality.
Outside work, I experiment in analog - watercolors, velvety lattes, and slow observation. Reverence over answers. Currently reading Piranesi.
